Returns and Exchanges Handled Simply ... And to your Satisfaction
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If it doesn’t fit, or it’s just not what you expected we are happy to refund or exchange your order for another product or size.
Please return your product within 30 days. If past 30 days, we can consider exceptions, but please contact us first. Our return period is extended to Jan 31st for holiday gifts, purchased in November and December.
Please ship to our returns processing center address below. Include with your order a copy of your original invoice, with clear instructions on the exchange needed or refund. Please leave a contact phone number. We will contact you only if the product is not available or we need to collect additional payment or issue a refund for a price difference.
A few disclaimers. Products must be returned in new, re-sellable condition. Tags must be attached to all clothing. Clothing must have not been worn or washed. Other items, including parts, must be in the original undamaged packaging, complete with all items. Due to strict DOT regulations, Helmets cannot be returned/exchanged. Service manuals, installed parts and accessories cannot be returned/exchanged. Please contact us first if you have concerns or questions about your return. Any original shipping costs are not refunded.
