The Great American Convoy

The Great American Convoy

Harley-Davidson® recently sent out an email referencing their "H-D® Military & Veterans Programs.” I have borrowed a lot of it here in honor of our Wisconsin Harley-Davidson US Military veteran customers, and all veterans, for that matter The topic is the “Great American Convoy,” a motorcycle ride that raises funds for the Wounded Warrior Project. The ride is collaboration between Harley-Davidson® and motorcyclist Adam Sandoval. The “Great American Convoy” is a four-week ride that starts on the East Coast, and ends up at Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. The ride not only celebrates the freedom of the open road, but also raises awareness and funds for Wounded Warrior Project.

The map of the route is exhaustively long. Rather than riding the entire route (which has already started by-the-way), perhaps joining for a day or two might be more practical if you are interested. The ride started on July 6th at FX Caprara HD in update New York in Adams Center. The trip includes many dealerships, including Wisconsin Harley-Davidson in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin on July 26th. The trip ends up in Sturgis, SD on August 8th, in the midst of the Sturgis Rally.
